SCROLL TO BUILD

[ 04 ] The scroll film

From land
to landmark

CHAPTER 01 / 06

Site Prep

Land is cleared and surveyed. Markers are set and the blueprint is projected onto the soil.

CHAPTER 02 / 06

Excavation

The ground opens. 18,400 m³ of earth leaves the site, truck by truck.

CHAPTER 03 / 06

Foundation

A rebar cage, then 2,600 m³ of high-strength concrete in one continuous pour.

CHAPTER 04 / 06

Structure

Columns rise and slabs stack. One floor every eleven days, welded and inspected.

CHAPTER 05 / 06

Facade

Smart glass and aluminium cladding slide into place as the scaffolding comes down.

CHAPTER 06 / 06

Finish

Roof, antenna, landscaping. The sun sets and the tower comes alive.

[ 09 ]Construction process

Six phases.
Zero surprises.

  1. Phase 01 · Week 01–02

    Consultation

We walk the site with you, define the brief, budget and constraints, and issue a feasibility memo.

  2. Phase 02 · Week 03–10

    Design & Approval

Architects and engineers model the building in BIM while we handle permits, NOCs and authority approvals.

  3. Phase 03 · Month 03–05

    Foundation

Excavation, piling, rebar and a continuous foundation pour — inspected and load-tested before we climb.

  4. Phase 04 · Month 05–14

    Construction

Columns, slabs and cores rise on an eleven-day floor cycle with daily safety audits and live reporting.

  5. Phase 05 · Month 14–17

    Finishing

Facade, MEP, interiors and landscaping. Every room is snag-listed twice before you see it.

  6. Phase 06 · Month 18

    Handover

Keys, as-built drawings, warranties and a 12-month defects-liability team on call.

Testimonials

“They handed over Meridian Tower twenty-six days early and under budget. In thirty years of developing, I have never written that sentence before.”
